The Two Roles
Below are descriptions of the two roles that you can apply for using the same application.
In both roles, we invest enormous amounts of time and energy to train you to be successful in this role, as well as in your practice as a Nurse Coach.
1. Onboarding Specialist
Remember that first conversation you had with a Nurse Coach on your application call?Well, you’ll be doing exactly that – coaching prospective students to help them come to an informed, empowered decision that hopefully ends in them saying YES to becoming a Nurse Coach.
- Minimum 20 hours / week
- Commission-based Pay
- Flexible and remote
- Share your passion for Nurse Coaching with prospective students
- Learn the art of relationship-based selling – one of the most valuable skills on the planet.

2. Instructor
You’ll be the course guide for an entire cohort of Nurse Coaches in training, offering them relentless support and mentorship to be 100% successful in completing their learning.
You’ll be working with them inside the course, coaching them on live video calls, and being their point of contact for the entirety of their learning journey.
- 7 hours / week
- Flexible and remote
- 7-month commitment
- Take your practice and confidence to the next level through 1:1 and group coaching experience!

But we’re not paying you for your time. Rather, we’re compensating you generously for the value that you provide to our students and the nurses who are intersted in this work.
Compensation structures vary, depending on the role.
Flexible & Remote Work.
You’ll be able to work anywhere in the world where there’s high-speed internet. It’s so cool!
Just make sure that you have a fast computer, high-speed internet, and the ability to show up fully-undistracted.

The training, as well as the experience you’ll gain through this role is equivalent to what many Nurse Coaches are paying $20,000 for.
