Week 6-End of Course: Nurse Coaching Supervised Practicum
During these months, you’ll put all of your learning into action by practicing the art and science of Nurse Coaching.
You’ll work with peer coaches, mindfulness practice partners, and multiple practice clients on a pro-bono basis.
Here’s how it happens:
- You’ll be paired with peers to practice in a safe learning environment.
- By being on both sides of the Nurse Coaching relationship, you’ll get a handle on what works, what doesn’t, and how powerful this clinical specialty truly is.
- You’ll work with 6 private clients in a one-on-one setting so you can gain a vast amount of experience by taking a client through the entirety of the Transformative Nurse Coaching Process.
- We’ll meet by video conference about once per month to discuss case studies, review wins, dissect challenges, and practice Nurse Coaching in real-time.
Phase 3: Complete and Graduate
Gather with your Collective one more time before we welcome you to the alumni community of Transformative Nurse Coaches.

At the End of the Course: A Closing Celebration
You’ll also be invited to join the ever-growing community of Transformative Nurse Coach Alumni who are doing amazing work out in the world.
You’ll have lifetime access to the course and community so you can continue to elevate your practice.
Finally, you’ll receive your documents of completion so you can sit for the Board Certifications of your choice.

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Approval #1605. We renew this approval and have our program peer-reviewed by AHNA every 2 years.
The American Holistic Nurses Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC) accepts the 120 CE hours you’ll acquire through this course as the CE requirement for either the Nurse Coach or Holistic Nurse Examination Application.
