For The Transformative Nurse Coach Program

Many of our students have been successful in getting partial or full tuition reimbursement from their employers.

While we can’t guarantee this, many employers have an “education allowance” for continuing education and certifications.

Speak with your manager and human resources department to find out if the Transformative Nurse Coach Program qualifies for this reimbursement.

Please note that the Nurse Coach Collective is not eligible for the GI Bill or reimbursement through the VA.

Depending on the hospital or organization you are seeking reimbursement from, they may require that you pay out of pocket and they will reimburse you, or they may pay for you.

Below, we’ve included the two documents that are most typically required for reimbursement to help you on your way!

Download the template below and make sure to fill it in with your name and the start date of your choice.

We are providing it to you in both a Word Document or a PDF. Choose which one works best for you.

Just make sure to FILL IN YOUR NAME AND START DATE!

Step 2. Apply & Enroll

Depending on your organization, you may need to enroll and then they will reimburse you, or they will pay The Nurse Coach Collective directly.

Either way, your next step is to complete your application & enroll in our Nurse Coach Training Program.
