Terms of Service & Refund Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Transformative Nurse Coach Certificate Program (“Course”) offered by The Nurse Coach Collective
(“TNCC”), you agree to the following terms. These ensure we’re all on the same page as we embark on this journey together.
2. Eligibility
To enroll, you must:
- Accept these Terms, the Medical Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Consent to Audiovisual Recording.
- Have internet access and the required technology.
- Be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
3. Course Access & Participation
When you join, you receive:
- Access to Course Modules, Materials, and Resources.
- Online access to course content for at least three (3) months post-completion.
- To succeed, you need a working computer, internet, and commitment to participation.
- We’re here to support you, but showing up and staying engaged is your responsibility.
4. Tuition & Payment
By enrolling, you commit to fulfilling your tuition obligations.
- Full Payment: Tuition must be paid in full before the Course begins.
- Installment Plan: If you select a payment plan, all payments must be made on time.
Payments are automatically billed to your payment source until the full balance is paid.
Payment Requirements: Full tuition payment is required to complete the Course, receive your certificate, and earn contact hours. Late or missed payments may result in suspension, removal, or additional fees.
We know investing in yourself is a big step, and we take that seriously. If you’re on an installment plan, think of it as a commitment—not just to us, but to your own growth. Life happens, and if you run into an issue, reach out before a payment is missed so we can explore possible solutions together.
5. Refund & Withdrawal Policy
We offer a 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see eligibility details below). You may request a full refund within five (5) calendar days of your enrollment date by emailing support@thenursecoaches.com. After that, you are responsible for the full tuition, regardless of chosen installment plan, and no refunds can be provided.
Any request to “pause” or defer payments is subject to TNCC’s discretion.
We want you to feel confident in your decision. That’s why we offer a short window to step back if needed. After that, it’s full commitment forward.
To be eligible for the 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must complete the following steps:
A. Complete Lesson 1. Within five days of enrollment, finish all modules in Lesson 1, which you can access as soon as you enroll.
B. Attend one live call. Within five days of enrollment, join one live call, or watch the recording of one. You must be able to confirm by email that you’ve done so.
C. Submit your request in writing. Within five days of enrollment, email support@thenursecoaches.com stating that you wish to withdraw from the course. We appreciate any reasoning you can provide.
D. Complete a withdrawal request support call. Schedule and complete a call with a member of our support team within ten (10) days of your written request. No final decision about your withdrawal or refund will be made until this call has taken place.
Requests that don’t meet all four conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Why we ask for a call: The intention behind this support call is not to lock you into something you no longer wish to continue. Instead, we want to make sure we’ve done everything we can to support you, even if that means stepping back. Many students who reach out with doubts find that a conversation about their fears, questions, or timeline helps them move forward with confidence.
After the five-day window closes, you are responsible for the full tuition, and no refunds will be issued, whether or not you complete or continue to participate in the course. If you are on an installment plan, you remain responsible for all remaining installments, even if you choose to stop participating, withdraw, or are removed from the course.
6. Removal Policy
TNCC reserves the right to remove students for:
- Non-payment or failure to make scheduled payments.
- Disruptive behavior, unprofessional conduct, or violations of course policies.
- Failure to meet course progress requirements.
- If you don’t follow through, you lose access to the Course without a refund. But let’s not go there—our goal is for you to succeed, and we’ll do what we can to support you.
7. Code of Conduct
This community thrives on respect, professionalism, and integrity. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Keep Course discussions confidential.
- Engage with your peers and instructors in a professional, supportive manner.
- Avoid plagiarism, copying, or unauthorized sharing of materials.
This is a safe space for learning and growth. Let’s keep it that way.
8. Intellectual Property & Non-Competition
All Course materials, concepts, methods, and curricula belong to TNCC and cannot be copied, shared, or reproduced.
You may not create, teach, or participate in competing nurse coaching programs for two (2) years post-completion.
We’ve put years of work into this program.
Take what you learn and make an impact—but respect the work that’s gone into creating it.
9. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to disparage TNCC, its owners, or its instructors during or after your participation in the Course.
“Disparage” includes any negative statement—spoken or written—whether in print or online, including on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, chat forums, and message boards.
This is a material term of your agreement—without it, you would not be eligible for the Course.
If TNCC must take legal action to remove an anonymous post, you will be responsible for all legal fees and costs.
Our mission is to support nurses and elevate the field. If you have concerns, we encourage you to reach out to resolve them directly.
10. Media & Recordings
By enrolling, you consent to:
Audio/video recording of Course sessions for training purposes.
TNCC’s use of images and video from in-person events for promotional purposes.
We respect your privacy. No sensitive information will be shared externally without your consent.
11. Medical Disclaimer
This Course provides educational content only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
TNCC is not liable for any decisions made based on Course materials.
Nurse coaches support well-being, but this isn’t medical treatment. Always check with your provider before making any health decisions.
12. Liability & Dispute Resolution
TNCC is not responsible for technical failures, damages, or losses related to Course participation.
All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under Texas law.
We hope it never comes to this, but if needed, we have a fair process in place.
13. Modifications
TNCC may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept any changes.
If anything ever changes, we’ll be transparent and keep you informed.
